Where I deliver

I deliver anywhere in India that DTDC or a similar courier reaches. I don’t ship outside India yet.

The delivery address must be in India. If an order comes with an address outside India, I will cancel it and refund everything you paid.

When your flute is dispatched

Your flute is dispatched within 12–15 working days of your payment being confirmed.

I don’t hold stock. After you order, the maker prepares your flute, and I test it note by note in my studio and fine-tune it if needed before it is packed. I do this alongside concerts and recordings, and I won’t rush it.

How long delivery takes

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on where you live. Smaller towns and remote areas can take longer.

What it costs

Packing and courier is ₹600 per order, for up to three flutes, to any address in India. It is added to your order at checkout.

Every three flutes travel in one parcel, and a set counts as three flutes. So 1 to 3 flutes cost ₹600, 4 to 6 flutes ₹1,200, 7 to 9 flutes ₹1,800, and so on. The cart works this out for you.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your flute is dispatched. If you don’t see them, check your spam folder or write to sriharsha.ramkumar@gmail.com or WhatsApp.

Packing

Each flute is wrapped securely for the journey. Flutes are sent without a cover or case. These are easy to find in music shops and online.

Your address

Please give a complete address with the PIN code and a phone number the courier can reach. Check it carefully before you pay.

If a parcel comes back to me because the address was wrong or incomplete, or no one was available to receive it, I will send it again once the courier charge is paid again.

Delays

Once a parcel is with the courier, delays from weather, strikes, holidays or the courier itself are outside my control. If your flute seems stuck, tell me and I will follow it up with the courier for you.

If it arrives damaged

This is rare. Record an unboxing video as you open the parcel and send it to me. The Refunds page explains exactly what to do.
